Meet Sia, Seashell’s More Dan Diamonds More Dan Gold, and Bela, Seashell’s Everybody Wants To Be Me. They are the stars of this website and our playful Portuguese Water Dogs.
Sia was born April 8, 2021 and is the ‘mature’ one. Sia has a PWD wavy coat, and we affectionately nicknamed her our ‘Wavy Lady.’ Bela was born September 9, 2022, and our ‘baby.’ Bela has a PWD curly coat, and we affectionately nicknamed her our ‘Curly Girlie.’
Both have AKC recognized PWD coats and structurally, behaviorally match the standard for the breed. They are show dogs with Sia almost finished for her AKC championship, and Bela just beginning the journey.
Both girls come from the same Breeder, Linda Otey at Seashells Portuguese Water Dogs, but have different dams and sires…. will go into that later in their individual bios.
For now, they are a joy to have and spread their enthusiasm for life everywhere they go!
